three, six, high-five.

Since I haven't taken the time to fully upload my pictures for the 365 project, I'll just post 10 of them on one post.

For starters, the majority of my photos will be taken with a 8 megapixel Olympus Stylus 800 camera (if that's what you even call it :] ). It's somewhat ancient, but I still dig it.

The beauty of nature never ceases to amaze me. As my mom and I were driving along San Pablo going into Hercules after church, we just happened to see a beautiful crane about the size of a wine bottle sitting on the sidewalk. We turned around and noticed the bird flew to a different location, which was near the creek, so I ran out of the car and snapped a few shots. I wish I could have gotten closer, but I didn't want to scare it away. Nevertheless, the bird was definitely a sight to see.

This is what I see every night before walking into my front door. It sort of reminds me of the eerie hallway in Harry Potter when he and Dudley get attacked by Dementors. Exciting, eh?

If your looking for some sort of inspiration for a photo, I suggest blasting one of your favorite songs, looking around a room while doing so, and taking a picture of the first thing that looks pleasing. This is exactly what I did, and it's funny becuase this little porcupine basically made my entire day.

There's always something catching my eye. ALWAYS.

It sounds cliche, but there's been a lot "on my plate" lately. With school, parents, SATs, and career decisions constantly on my mind, all I enjoy doing is appreciating the art of food. I bet Jojo thinks i'm psycho for always asking "What do you have for lunch today?"

Although I hate waking up in the morning, the sun shining in on my mom's little plant corner is always so refreshing. Now that I think about it, I really want my own garden. That'll be the day.

Strangely enough, this package was the one thing I was looking forward to when getting home. After enduring the first day back from winter break and practicing hard, I was excited to recieve something in the mail. The sad part about it, though, is that the book is a princeton review on SATs =/

Since I don't recall taking a photo for 1-2-09, I'll just use this picture of my cousin Raymond putting money into his piggy bank on Christmas. I thought this was an interesting picture because of all the elements. The innocence of the boy, the beauty of the flowers, and the irony, or whatever you want to call it, of the champagne bottle all bring an interesting touch.

There were like 20 turkeys outside of my house this last last Saturday. I was on my way to practice and all of a sudden my mom screams "look at all the turkeys! This is probably the most i've seen before." Instead of hopping in the car, I snatch my camera and took a few shots. I almost got attacked. Ok, no I didn't but I was close enough to! Just like they say, it's the thought that counts :)

Unaware of the 365 project on the first day of the new year, I neglected take pictures. To compensate for this, I have decided to post a very depressing picture of my dear Barnes and Nobles and it's final day of life. My friend Monica and I visited the store on it's final New Year's Day. I purchashed this Mad Lib book, along with some other cheaply priced B&N classics. I will never forget this day. Not to mention, I purchased a bagel in the cafe for 75 cents. THAT IS RIDICULOUS!
RIP Hilltop Barnes and Noble
